Winthrop Avenue Project

Winthrop Avenue - Continuim of Care: Foreclosed home purchased from New Alliance. The property will be for the Money Follows the Person program from the State of Connecticut. Elderly are placed back into the community whom do not need nursing home level care with supportive services. The interior of premises has been rehabilitated with DECD and DSS funding, however, there is a gap in funding for exterior repairs. The City of New Haven will provide the gap financing for exterior repairs. $75,000 CDBG
